Hilary Fraser is an experienced management and leadership consultant and qualified executive coach with a strong reputation for enabling individuals and groups to thrive on change.

A key member of MLC's Facilitation team, Hilary specialises in the design and delivery of workshops and coaching sessions to Board level.

Hilary’s earlier business career positions include Head of UK Sales & Marketing at a financial markets research firm and senior sales and account management roles at Bloomberg and IBM.  

 

She speaks French, Italian & German.
