He has designed and delivered senior leadership workshops for law firms, banks and corporates throughout Europe, the USA and Asia.

Prior to his consulting career, Peter worked at board level in the book publishing industry where he led sales and marketing teams, managed commercial operations, and established a business in Asia while living in Singapore.

Peter has a post-graduate certificate in coaching and mentoring, is a qualified career coach and a licensed practitioner of a range of psychological assessment tools.
