may use a blend of on-site and off-site Explorations.

Explorations provide a heightened focus and concentration

on leadership questions that are relevant 

individually and collectively.

​

They focus on the important rather than the urgent,

lifting attention away from everyday concerns and pressures

towards the underlying assumptions that drive them.

On-site Explorations can last from 45 minutes to 3 hours

and may take the form of:

• Exploratory Meetings with Top Management

• One-to-one Dialogues at Director level

• Facilitated Discussions for Boards or Senior Management

Off-site Explorations can last from a half-day to 3 days

and may take the form of:

• Facilitated Board/Senior Management Forums/Workshops

• Facilitation of Strategy and Culture Development

• Facilitation of Global/Cross-Cultural Meetings/Conferences​​
